Jon Todd Koenig ("J.T.") is an attorney licensed to practice law in Texas and is currently seeking a full-time employment position in personal trust administration and/or estate planning and probate, having worked for the last six plus years in the fiduciary management industry throughout Texas.  Additionally, J.T. is currently pursuing his Master of Law Degree (LLM) in Taxation at the University of Houston Law Center.  J.T. chooses to remain active in the practice of law through E-commerce during his search for a permanent full-time position.

J.T.’s law practice is limited to the drafting and production of simple estate planning documents for clients residing in Texas who are comfortable using the internet as a means of initial contact, and as a means of payment for services rendered.

Upon completion by the client of an electronic letter of engagement and legal representation, and submission of the client's pertinent data and payment information, J.T. will proceed with the drafting of the requested documents. J.T. or a member of his staff will then telephone the client to schedule an appointment to meet in person, either in the client’s home or at J.T.’s offices, to review the documents and have them duly executed. As the domain implies, meetings are typically scheduled on weekends or evenings.
